Among other things he has been involved in training pastors in Madagascar and Myanmar with Equipping Pastors Worldwide, teaching church history at the London Seminary and leading walks and tours with Christian Heritage London. Originally from the Unites States, Ken studied at Harvard and St. Andrews.
