Stock Availability
Products listed on the website are not necessarily in stock, although we do have over 30,000 items available for same day despatch and many thousands more can be sent with 2 or 3 working days. If items are needed urgently we recommend contacting us directly to confirm whether an item is actually in stock.
Orders received before 4pm will normally be shipped on the same day, where items are in stock. Items not in stock will be ordered from suppliers. The vast majority of these items will be shipped with 3 working days, although some may take longer. Where an order is delayed for 10 days or more we will let you know.
Pricing
Prices are correct as of the last update. If prices are different at the time of ordering we will contact you before dispatching your order. For the vast majority of products the price on our website will be the same as the price in store although occasionally we will run in-store only or online only offers.
VAT & Customs Charges
The prices payable for goods are as set out in the website. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance, and we strongly recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you.
Collect in Store
For 'Collect in Store' orders you will receive two emails from us. The first is an order acknowledgement to confirm that we have received the order. You will then receive a second email informing you that your order is ready for collection.
Credit/debit Card Payments
All credit/debit card transactions are carried out on a secure Payment Gateway (provided by paymentsense.co.uk), using the latest encryption and security technologies to ensure that all trasactions are safe. When placing an order you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway to enter your card details before returning to our site.
Discounts
We offer a structured discount scheme for full-time Christian workers (pastors, ministers, youth workers, etc...), missionaries, Bible college students, schools, churches, libraries and bookshops. If you are interested in applying for these discounts you can sign up when you register for the site. We will then authorise the discount, which will apply to all future orders. We may contact you to verify your entitlement to the discount. If signing up for a Church or School Account you must include the name of your organisation.
Discounts apply to the vast majority of our stock, but there are a few exceptions. These will be made clear during the checkout process.
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods and may return them for a full refund, including the original shipping charges. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible once the goods have been returned.
This right of cancellation does not apply to CDs, DVDs or software where any original seal or packaging has been broken.
