Nigel Reilly has had a very varied career in aviation, including military, airline, and bush flying in Africa. As his career progressed, he had some amazing "breaks" but also some significant "downfalls". Throughout his life he has always maintained a strong belief and faith in God. He lives in Dorset with his wife, Nicola, and has a son and daughter, both of whom are married, and he has two grandsons.
