Darrell Bock, author of Luke [NIVAC], is a cutting edge and very popular Evangelical scholar known for strong conservative stances on biblical authority, historicity of the Gospel accounts, and traditional understanding of church history. He has also written several major commentaries on both Luke and Acts. Thus, he is the perfect person to draw out the powerful theme of Christ brining reconciliation with God throughout this work on the second gospel.
