Traditionally mission and ministry has been the task of the local church within the boundaries of a parish. For St Paul, mission and ministry was always best when done in partnership. He formed partnerships with communities with different geographic, cultural and economic situations to his own.This study looks at the model of partnership between Paul and the Philippian community and sees how they can be applied in order for global partnerships to enliven the local mission and ministry of every church. The study offers a theological basis and practical advice for developing partnerships which will enrich the life of your church and that of your partners.
