Sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste are the five physical senses, but there are many more senses we can use to explore the meaning of Christmas – a sense of balance, a sense of justice, a sense of wonder, a sense of mystery, a sense of purpose, and so on. In all Senses focuses on these many senses, making connections through them with the Jesus story and the Christian journey. For each day of the four weeks of Advent there is a reading, reflection, response and a prayer. By exploring the story of Christ’s birth through all our senses we can come to it afresh, welcome him with renewed delight and worship him with a deeper sense of intimacy.
