Blessing of houses (perhaps properly called the dedication of a home and the blessing of the occupants) is something in demand and for which people still naturally turn to the church. This study suggests some good reasons for doing it, guidelines for making the most of the opportunity presented, and full texts of readings and prayers that can be used in each part of the house.
