Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented or loaned in any form. We will only share information with our trusted partners where this is necessary to process customer orders or to meet any legal obligations. The information that we collect is used to handle orders, deal with queries, deliver products and services, process payments and maintain customer accounts. The following policy details what data we hold, on what legal basis we hold it and your rights over this data.

What personal data do we hold?

Email newsletter subscription information Name, email Consent Subscription to our email newsletter is on an opt-in basis. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe from the list.
Website contact form, Website reviews Name, email, phone number, address Legitimate Interest Data voluntarily submitted by you, and used solely to deal with the particular enquiry.

In addition to the above, some anonymous statistics are gathered as you browse the website by Google Analytics. This is done to optimise your shopping experience and develop future updates to the site. You can opt out of this by adjusting your Cookie Settings (see below).

When you provide us with personal information to create an account, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

If - after you opt-in - you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, on your account page or by contacting us.

What choices and rights do I have?

  • You can always choose not to provide certain information, although this may then prevent all the features of the site working fully, or prevent you from accessing all our services.
  • You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, which we will provide within 30 days and free of charge. This can be done in a common format such as Excel spreadsheet or Word document. This will allow you to transfer the information elsewhere.
  • You can ask for personal data to be rectified if it is inaccurate, and we will make any such corrections within 30 days.
  • You can ask for personal data to be deleted, which will be done within 30 days of the request.
  • You can block the processing of your data. This means that we will still hold the information but will not do anything with it or process it in any way.
  • You can withdraw consent for the email newsletter using unsubscribe link that is included in every newsletter.

PaymentSense Payment Gateway

We use the Payment Gateway provided by PaymentSense to process card transactions placed via the website. You can read their Privacy Policy here for information on how they handle data submitted by 'end customers' using the Payment Gateway. The most relevant sections are copied here:

4.4 End Customers
4.4.1 When a customer of a Merchant chooses to pay using one of our payment gateways or when a customer requests a receipt for the services provided by any of our Merchants we will process Personal Data regarding that “End customer”.
